It will take place on the weekend of November 3-5, 2023 with the participation of hundreds of Volunteer Lay Pastors from across North America.
This three-day experience has been designed and created exclusively for Volunteer Lay Pastors, Senior Pastors, and Conference Leaders in the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists.
The benefits of attending include: practical teachings on how to lead an effective ministry, networking opportunities, and experiential learning with other Volunteer Lay Pastors who are navigating the same journey, as well as inspiration from some of our leading Volunteer Lay Pastors and church leaders in North America.

There will be two tracks – English and Español.

PROGRAM:
The Boot Camp will begin on Friday, November 3, 2023, with Check-in at 2:00 PM, a meal at 6:00 PM, and the Opening Session at 7 PM. It will end on Sunday, November 5, 2023, with a prayer breakfast at 7:30 – 9:00 AM.
