Florida Conference Women’s Ministries is back at Camp Kulaqua in 2025.
Enjoy spectacular speakers, uplifting music, exceptional food, and wonderful fellowship at this retreat just for women ages 11 and up!

$19.00 Event Fee discount for the Weekend & Sabbath Commuters.
$12.25 Event Fee discount for the Sabbath Visitors.
The price is per person and includes a nonrefundable registration fee, seminar materials, programming, entertainment and 5 delicious vegetarian meals.

Step 1: Register and Pay
Complete your registration and payment. The event fee is charged per person and includes a nonrefundable registration fee, seminar materials, programming, entertainment, and five vegetarian meals.
Event Fee:
- “Early Bird” (September 30 – January 8): $255.75 per person
- Regular (January 9 – Event Date): $280.75 per person
- Weekend Commuter (5 meals): $255.75/$280.75 per person
- Sabbath Commuter (3 meals): $203.00/$222.00 per person
- Sabbath Visitor (no meals): $159.00/$171.25 per person
Step 2: Choose Your Housing
There are three options to select from:
A) I need to reserve housing now (lodging prices listed below)
B) I am staying with a friend
C) I am commuting and do not need housing
Retreat Housing Fees:
- Room at Woodland Lodges (Max 4 per room): $282.50 per room
- Spring Villa (1 bedroom/1.5 bath, Max 5 per unit): $400.00 per villa
- Family Chalet (2 bedroom/1 bath, Max 4 per unit): $266.00 per chalet
- Mini Lodge Room (Max 4 per room): $132.00 per room
- Rustic Cabin (Max 4 per side): $92.75 per side
- RV Site (Max 2 per site): $60.25 per site
- Tent Camping (Max 4 per site): $29.25 per site
HOUSING PRICES
This pricing structure allows you to rent an entire room for privacy, with each housing option priced to provide maximum flexibility for your retreat. A nonrefundable deposit of $113.00 is required upon reservation and will be applied toward your final balance. If you register within 30 days of the event, full payment is due at the time of reservation.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
A nonrefundable fee of $113.00 will apply to all reservations. To request a refund, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email to the Registrar, Stacy Stride.
