REGISTRATION DETAILS
This pricing structure allows you the flexibility to reserve an entire room for privacy, with a variety of housing options to suit your needs. A non-refundable deposit of $74 is required at the time of reservation and will be applied toward your final balance. Please note, if you register within 30 days of the event, full payment is due at the time of reservation.

Camp Meeting prices vary based on your selected housing and meal options. Please register for meals online prior to arrival. Full payment is required at the time of registration.
Cancellations & Refunds
A non-refundable deposit of $74 applies to all weekend reservations. Refund requests must be submitted in writing or by email. Partial refunds are available only if requested at least 30 days before the event start date, with the $74 deposit remaining non-refundable.
Please note, that all refunds will be based on the Early Bird rate.
